Hallvard Wæhler
Hallvard Wæhler completed his PhD in entomology at the University of Oslo in 2009.
After his PhD, he continued research as a full time researcher at the Natural History Museum in Oslo studiying the phylogeny of coleoptera (beetles) by developing novel imaging analysis software.
Following career as researcher, Wæhler ensued a career as research manager, mainly focusing on acquiring grant money and visibility for entomology research in Norway and the Caucasus region.
In his spare time, Wæhler is an avid football enthusiast and likes to combine his sport interest with data analyst methods using Python.
